Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am doing an apprenticship which gives me the job role of an electrical fitter. I work with electrical equipment, for example fitting electrical equipment and always wiring them. Things like pulling in cables are done often.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy my programe, as we get to experience different placements in the buisness and to do different types of jobs, im not just stuck to one thing which i enjoy.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills, as i did not know much about electrics and what electricians do, but now i know lots and have developed a set of skills from my apprenticeship which allows me to work safely and to the correct standards

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme is structured very well, with the learning we get at college and then the continued learning we get once coming into the buisness.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support, and if there is anything i need i know where to go to or who to speak to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps a lot because it gave me the foundation of what i know now, and gave me a good understadning when i was brand new to my job role.
