I work in the Observability team and support the SaaS product which we use for our monitoring and alerting requirements

It was a taught at a good pace and I enjoy learning new skills

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I had no previous software engineering experience, so have learned a multitude of new skills. Python coding, Databases, IT Security, Cloud computing, SDLC.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is very front-loaded with learning and courses, with the second half more focused on work based projects. This worked well for me, but definitely requires self discipline and focus to stay on track when the proscribed learning is complete
