Diary call backs, engaing with the community, helping resolve neighbour disputes, pop plans, submitting intelligence, adult and child concerns. Being on hand to the help the community.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutely love the job and the programme!

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much about the policing world, as never worked for them previously. What pinch points are, certain parts of the law, how to work police systems, how to give cpr, how to protect myself if ever needed. So much and look forward to learn so much more.

Very structured and organised. Everything is well planned and followed through.

As much support I need, nothing feels like to big of an issue to ask for support or help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Same as above, the trainers are exceptional! They are on hand for anything you require.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Without the training provider I wouldn't be able to this role.
