I would place orders for the schools and ensure financial/general queries are answered. I'd scan documents and file them accordingly. Id set up the training room for events.

I enjoyed learning new things as it broadened my knowledge.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My social skills developed as i'd have to communicate with a lot of suppliers and schools. This built my confidence inside and outside of work. I learned how to use google sheets etc as I never learnt that when I was in school

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship happened during covid so it was a little stressful. I had a few different tutors as they moved onto new jobs, so it was a bit hard to contact anyone regarding my work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My second tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was really helpful. She let me contact her whenever i needed help with my work. After she left I didnt receive much help as no one had told me she had left. The company helped me when I had to complete my IT Exam .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They really helped when I had to complete my IT exam. I had never studied IT before so they gave me a few lessons and mock exams. This helped me pass
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It made me understand many roles within the company. Some roles I wouldn't do, so it was nice to find out how their processes work.
