Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
EV. CPI. Monthly EV Reporting Cycle. Production. Weekly reports. Monthly reports. CSR. Status. ETC.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Yes I do enjoy the programme. However, I think the uni aspect is what makes it difficult.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes. Prior to starting the scheme I had no experience in Project Control.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Depends on the aspect. The programme leads [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] really listens to any concerns we have and actions them accordingly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
They are a very supprotive employer. Specifically when I went through some personal circumstances, I felt supported during this hard time. Regular check ins with OH and my skills coach at the time. I know going forward if I ever need anything I would be able to reach out and ask accordingly :)
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Depends on the lecturer, it is unfortunate the ones whom are the most supportive are the ones that are whom are retiring. some of the newer lecturers lack the on the job experience for Project Control itself, so sometimes it feels as though they are reading more from the syllabus than through applied knowledged from experiences.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps give an understanding of different aspects. However, I don't feel that you necessarily need the qualification in order to be able to do the job role. I have found that working through experience has really been the foundation of my knowledge via learning through experiences.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I am unsure of this but I am sure there are :) Although I don't know where you would seek this information from.
