A lot of support. If exam times are approaching im encouraged to take exam leave and more personally in my team, they will not give me huge substantive tasks if they know that side of the programme is becoming busy

Quite well, sometimes the topics are relevant to what i do in the day to day work but also the drafting skills im learning, attention to detail skills when thats set as an assignment helps in real life too
