yes, ive learnt technical skills such as risk management and developed existing soft skills such as communication

very structured set out with a clear plan from starting my apprenticeship to the end and targets a deadlines set and supported when meeting them
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Reviews from the early careers time are regular with additional catch ups put in the calendar as required above this placement managers will have daily catch ups to see how to be support your learning and well being
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

this could be better i think study sessions could be put on prior to exams so we can optionally choose to attend where we are struggling, i feel we are left to struggle oursleves quite alot
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i think this works well especially where you can see what your doing year on year and plan to have a placement in at least one of these areas, maybe the one you feel you will struggle in. this makes what your learning very relevent to you day to day role.
