I am a mechatronic engineering apprentice and I attend MGTS on a day to day basis. We are put on to a different section each week, to learn a different skill.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, it challenges me and is interesting. Sometimes it can drag depending on the task at hand but its all means to an end. Large amount of theory assignments can pile up but still have plenty of time to get them all done.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Electrical, Turning, hand fitting, Pneumatics, Welding, Mechanical maintenance and level 2 theory at the moment.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured and always gives you something different every week.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Quite a lot, Shaune is there for us at any point, only a message away and he replies quickly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, some theory teachers can be less helpful but all section teachers are very helpful in trying to attain my qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very pleased, I'm looking to get as many qualifications as possible so I can achieve highly.

Molson Coors are very nurturing and helpful. The wage is good, I can attain high qualifications which will set me up for my professional future and better my chances for promotions.

If wanting to be a part of Molson Coors you need to be punctual and polite as well as having a sense of community to be able to align with everyone else's values within Molson Coors.
