I am a rotational apprentice within the customer and business operations. This has afforded me the opportunity to work within many different teams - handing the recruitment process, feedback and internal processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed every moment of the programme and am very greatful for all the opportunities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been able to branch from my hospitality background to a corporate environment. This has been invaluable to my progression both personally and professionally.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Being the first rotational programme within the organisation, it had it's challenges; but these were resolved and the benefits outweighed the cons.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve an overwhelming amount of support from my employer; all colleagues are happy to help in any way they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I work rather independently through my college work so feel as if I cannot fairly comment - lessons and reviews are helpful though.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training I have received helps me in my role in terms of understanding the wider environment surrounding the organisation - as well as this, it gives the tools you need to make business improvements.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We are afforded time for forum activities as well as networking events - either through the organisation or the training provider.
