I have learnt many new skills, I received extensive training in my area and as a consequence have refined my comprehension skills and my attention to detail

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would have benefitted from more structure, with regards to training, in the beginning but that was resolved pretty quickly and since then I have been more than satisfied with how the program operates

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, both through the early talent team and my manager.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had alot of support from my skills coach at uni, specifically. When I have required more than the standard level of engagement that has been fulfilled - no questions asked.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the moment, not hugely, but it is definitely interesting context and will help me with progression if I wish to go further than the paralegal profession
