I enjoy it, however most my team have been made redundant

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and developed skills, mainly research as there isn’t much support for design
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Not that well structured as we have only learnt research and not much design. This is due to redundancies at work and my team are really supportive but we haven’t got much exposure. The uni course isn’t very good at supporting our learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, my manager is great but she has been made redundant and my previous manager was as well. I’m not sure what the support will be like next year.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are really helpful if I have any questions but they don’t teach us very much

Maybe apply outside of IT and Operations as other areas I don’t think have been affected as much
