I rotate between all the departments in customer and business operations, learning what each team does and given a taster of their day to day work before inputting my thoughts and ideas

I’m learning more about things like project management, and how to conduct challenging conversations. Learning a lot of topics and situations I would come across in day to day work so it definitely prepares me better.

We have professional events and in both our men’s and women’s forums there is opportunity for social activities
