To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Mostly. It is a bit convoluted and complicated at times, and i think more can be done from the outset to explain the stages of the process. It also doesnt allow for time off/annual leave.

Yes, lots of new techniques to manage my team and revisiting old training methods to bring them back to the forefront of my brain.

Quite a bit, but at the beginning this was minimal. Its not good when you need last minute/urgent help.

Very well, so far everything is relevant and can be used if i need to

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Audley Travel?
Its hard work, and takes a good 2-3 years to work up to a high performance, be prepared for that and dont try to run before you can walk
