I enjoy doing my programme, it has given me the opportunity to work as a trainee shift manager

I get 6 hours off the shop floor a week just for my apprenticeship work, meaning I have my own time to do my work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from my mentor and my salaried manager. I wish I had more support from the other managers.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider, she helps me if I am stuck or if I need extra assistance.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

If I was going to give anyone advice it would be to expect the unexpected, people think it is such an easy job, but it isn't. and also to have fun.
