To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
yes i enjoy the programme. Of course there are some areas which are of more interest than others but overall learning a lot! sometimes it is difficult to balance to workload.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
yes. Personality type, ways of learning- how to utilise that with clients. How to organise my tray better etc.
Helped internally but also client facing projects as well

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
yes organised and clear plan. sometimes system a bit glitchy. But hav a month by month of whats on my agenda, what needs doing to stay on target etc

5/5
employer is great at allowing me a day per week set aside to do rising stars work!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
yes 121 meetings whenever i need, could have more help occasionally tho. My tutor went on extended leave so was bounced around.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
yes i think it provides clarity on how you work and how to work through situations easily. Helps prioritise and helps stress levels but again also have a bigger workload because of it - so swings and roundabouts!
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yes all of the above!
