We receive a lot of support from our employer more so than any other company I interviewed at making it one of the reasons I picked Crow and I never feel like I can’t turn to anybody if I’m having a problem with anything on my apprenticeship

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We do a level seven ACA qualification meaning a lot of the stuff we learn is directly applicable to our date today job specifically in areas like assurance so it is quite relevant
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have sporting events as well as volunteering events as well as social events like the Christmas and summer party which have been great and networking events with partners and more senior people which exposed us to where we could be in 10 or 15 years

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Crowe UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Crowe is an incredible environment to work and I can’t emphasise this enough. The people are the biggest selling point.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crowe UK?
I would say be yourself don’t be afraid of showing personality and if you’re an assessment centre don’t be afraid to contradict others. It was the main reason why I got an offer because I disagreed with somebody but I went about voicing my concern in the right way, which impressed them.
