im currently working with PED and i make jig request documents and file weekly reports. i work with excel when doing the WSuM reports which are flowed up to the head of engineering.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i feel i have been very fortunate as i have settled in quite well and am encouraged by my team

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have come on quite a lot with my IT skills as i was very slow in the beginning. i have made improvements on all KSB to some extent

i believe it is well organised my line manager started at a similar time to me so we have both been able to learn form each other

i havent needed support however with regard to confidence my team push me to step out of my comfort zone and i feel i have come a long way
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i have extra time in exams and feel i am well catered to however it did take a while to implement these
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i dont really i feel i learn more thoroughly on the job and the qualification is just box ticking. i dont really find i have to apply any of the information we learn and when i asked the lecturer said you wont have to use it it was just for the understanding

i have helped out with an open evening stall but most of my extra curricular is done outside of work
