Crowe's a great employer to work for. The work is interesting, the people friendly and helpful. The assistant managers and managers have time to support us where needed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned how to perform fieldwork during an audit and some basic planning. Thorough training around this was provided during employer led residential training schemes which continue throughout the apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Audit teams are well organised and work allocation appropriate to level of skill and knowledge. There's always one person on hand to help, managers are easy to contact and friendly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We're given time off to undertake Kaplan training courses. Otherwise, revision work is done outside of work time. There are people in the firm who are available for exam and welbeing support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The knowledge gained in through my training provider has led to me having a greater understanding of my job and an ability to question and learn more in a targeted way.

Christmas parties, networking events with the partners, senior managers etc., football, unisex netball.
