While at work I read drawings and fix things accordingly whilst learning new things everyday, we do all sorts at seen -all different aspects of electrical work, in lots of different environments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my job and the work I do on a day to day basis as I find it interesting and useful to have in life.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Everything I have learnt to do with my job role is thanks to seen and I am flying through my course.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme as a whole is quite well structured I think the college side of things could be a bit better though.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, very nice to work with, keeps up with reviews and makes sure everything is going well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support side of things with college is really good due to my tutor having lots of site experience and understanding how to take the course for apprentices, if help is needed they will give it to you no issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the the training side of an electrical apprenticeship gives you a good understanding of how to say safe on site and how certain electrical aspects actually work like the science behind it all so in that sense I believe it does help you perform better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At Seen we get taken on work nights out or days out to do activities especially around Christmas.

Why?
Because Seen is a very good company to learn and grow ur skills from and it has a very supportive team behind it which includes the senior electricians and other apprentices that I work with.
