I answer the phone and emails. I deal with accounts and the fleet side of the business. I order materials and ensure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time

I have learnt how to use excel, the in-house company job management software, how to formally write emails and raise purchase orders.

Since beginning work here i have received so much support and work in a very organised happy environment

I receive a lot of support from my employer and everyone always makes time to make sure i’m getting the help i may need

I also receive a good amount of support from my training provider who always call to make sure i’m keeping up and not feeling too overwhelmed with my work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training course and my job align well together as both focus on growing a business and learning about HR and then being able to apply it to my job helps me have a better understanding as i’m putting it into real life experiences.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we are about to do a business colour run and jumping out a plane for charity. Everyone comes together to support even if there not participating. We often have work nights out where we all get to meet up and have team building exercises.

Seen Services is such a friendly and hard working company with the perfect work balance. Everyone is always ready to help and the environment the company provides is extremely motivational and i look forward to my future with Seen Services.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Seen Services?
If you’re hardworking and prove yourself to the company you will receive so much back. Also make sure you have done research on the company by looking at our social media so you know what they do.
