Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day-to-day role is quite varied, my tasks can include communicating with various parties such as clients, Defendants, courts, experts etc, as well as drafting documents such as witness statements, or doing legal research.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme, I feel that I am regularly learning new things whether that be through my studying or my day to day role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My communication skills have developed a lot through being exposed to different interactions. I have also developed my drafting skills throughout my role and improved my attention to detail.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well organised, I take a study day once a week in which I will complete reading tasks and attend webinars. The rest of the week I will work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, my line manager is very helpful in checking up on me to ensure my workload is ok, and to check how I am getting on with my studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is helpful in providing support working towards my qualifications, I have regular webinars to consolidate my learning and regular 121's with my training provider to go over how I am getting on and to air any issues I may be having.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification allows me to develop various skills which I can put in place in my role, as well as allowing me to develop my understanding of various areas of law.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I would say to do you research into the firm and make sure you be yourself!
