The programme is very open at AZ - the flexibility from the ever-changing portfolio allows for exposure to lots of areas, but also means projects can stop and other science will be started. The university can sometimes be very demanding for the 1 day given

Lots of independence as the programme continues, networking is also great due to the unique working environment of the DISC
