Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I've loved being on my apprenticeship with CBRE. I study at college one day a week and the other four days I'm on site. Activities include: Face to face training, self study, guided learning with/without a trainer, gaining technical experience doing my job, having frequent reviews with my manager and apprenticeship coach.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot! It allows my to be creative in some painting projects/designs. Seeing the results when finished makes me happy.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've gained lots of knowledge and practical skills whilst being on my apprenticeship using different materials and tools both decorative and industrial for example: surface prep, paint application, wallpapering, tools & equipment needed, health & safety and customer service.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and organised. The CBRE team have made me feel very welcome as a new apprenticeship and I've had the opportunity to study at the CBRE head office in London, which was amazing!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have regular meet ups with the apprenticeship coach which is very helpful.
