Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

When at work, I have to complete a range of tasks such as preparing accounts and tax returns. I also deal with higher level tasks such as contacting clients, and filing documents to companies house.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, I look forward to going to work and college every day.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The technical skills I use every day have been developed through my apprenticeship, but have been supported by my IT degree. I have developed my skills in communication whilst being on this apprenticeship.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised, I have regular progress meetings and I know what the next steps are that I need to take to improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, such as one-to-one meetings and buddy groups to help spread the workload and to have people to go to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support, both inside and outside of the classroom. Tutors always offer to help once the study sessions are over and that extra support really helps.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification links perfectly with what I do everyday, sometimes I end up completing tasks before I learn about them which then gives me good examples to use in my exams.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many different activities that I could join in, and a few unique ones too! We have crochet club, a Clocktower club where we play games similar to the Traitors TV show, and then also sports teams we can join.

Larking Gowen is a very welcoming firm, and they always look out for you and everyone is supportive especially to me as I came with no prior knowledge.

I would say that don't be scared to join the team as everyone is very welcoming.
