Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I run the daily tier meetings, generate picks using the warehouse management system, co-organise a visual organisation system in the Warehouse.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy meeting new people and collaborating as a team to innovate new ideas. I enjoy going to meetings and observing different roles.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt the importance of networking, critical thinking, use of SAP and developed my confidence. I have learnt about how to rationally problem solve and observed different roles within my department.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
There is room for improvement, I felt like I lacked structure throughout my apprenticeship as I didn't have a development plan to base my goals or training against so struggled to understand whether I was meeting targets.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive support from my supplier for my university requirements, as when I require more time to focus on submitting an assignment those requests are catered to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
We get support with learning the basic content, as we have access to powerpoints and the university facilities.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
You start to understand different aspects a bit better as you are able to pair theory with the practical your learning within the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are social activities organised with all the apprentices on site where we go and participate in different activities and meet up outside the workplace.
