Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Replenishment supervisor involves managing a team to complete deliveries to site, replenish stock and date rotation, managing health and safety around the site, keeping up with range and merchandising. Also duty manager, which can vary on duties. Helping run the store, cover other departments, contractor controls, cash & banking, locking down and so on.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find most of the content interesting but I find their is not enough live interaction within the course, it is mainly E based learning.

I have developed existing skills and learnt a few new ways of working to help develop my team.

I do not have much experience with these types of training programs but again, there is more E based learning and not enough traditional/live learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have not had much support. I think this is due to management not realising how much time would be needed from me to complete the course which takes away from the store.

So far, there has been a few things, but this is mainly aimed at higher management and as a supervisor there is a lot of content so far that I cannot use.
