I really enjoyed this programme. It has given me the knowledge and skills to improve my leadership and will help me in progressing my career to become a manager one day.

The live classes and communication from the tutors was really good. They kept me engaged and involved in many different ways. My employer helped me massively. They provided the hands on experience and guidance throuout.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received all the support i needed from my training provider. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] had a few teams meetings with my when discussing my Presentation and talking through my portfolio. This helped me massively to achieve my end goal.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me recognise how to work more organised and with outside factors also being considered. Although my current position doesn't utilise all the leadership skills i learned during the programme due to the nature of this role. I have great confidence that when i apply for a leadership role within my organisation, that it will be a great benefit to me in the hiring process.
