Very, workbooks were clear and a clear direction of travel was evident, good system to track my progress with regular check points
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager was instrumental in me reaching my goals, the rising high team had regular check ins and provided additional support as and when I needed it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Weekly meetings when required, towards end point they were extremely accessible, they adjusted the programme when my personal life required such and was interested in 'the bigger picture' of my life and working commitments, rather than just delivering, they empowered me to do more with it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

1000%. I have since even advanced into a more senior role since then.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I run a website around the sprits industry and these skills have been entirely transferable into that world also
