Liaising with clients regarding their personal injury claim, drafting documents, attending conferences, taking witness statements, requesting and reviewing records, and taking instructions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my day to day work, but feel that the study element of my apprenticeship could be a bit more engaging.

There have been plenty of hiccups along the way, however most of these are due to errors with the training provider rather than my employer

Lots and lots! My team is very supportive and understanding. I also reach out to our early careers team if needed

My LDA has recently changed but she is very responsive and kind. My pathway specialists are also on hand to answer any questions I may have

At the moment I am completing a bridging package so my training doesn’t wholly relate to my area of practice, but I am learning practical skills
