Yes in terms of my education my knowledge has expanded, as well as learning a whole new skill in 3D and 2D design. I have also learnt a lot about the product and how it is manufactured.

Yes i play football organised by a member of staff at work, this made it easy for me to get to know people as well as stay fit and enjoy spending time with people from work, outside of work.

Why?
Because i am very well looked after in all aspects of the job, the support is second to none and i have been given plenty of opportunity's that allow me to further the development of my career
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be yourself and make sure that you are interested, this will allow apprentices to take pride in their work as well as taking advantage of all the possible opportunities they are presented with.
