On a day-to-day basis, I'm involved with collecting and analysing data trends. I also present findings and solutions to various audiences. I also assist with other parts of our resourcing, like training and hiring.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was very enjoyable, with a good mix of learning theory and utilising on-the-job situations.

Yes, absolutely. I learned about a project management lifecycle, as well as enhancing my skills for communication and coaching.

It was very well organised, and had a clear web portal to track progress.

I received a lot of support, and was given the time needed to truly invest myself within the programme.

There was a lot of support from the providers, including coaching sessions as well as ad hoc advice.
