Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

supporting buyers to ensure they have the most time in the market, this includes submitting and prepping deals, vendor relations, and vendor queries. It will also include pulling reports and checking approvals for them

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a great programme to meet new people, establish relations in a corporate environment. The working days are flexible and very supportive, great for younger people

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt systems which I had previously not known, such as excel. My communication, time management and problem solving skills have also improved

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Induction training was very detailed and organised, after being in the company for a while, regular training sessions occur. Support is provided from managers on a regular basis

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is received on a regular basis, if I have questions my supervisor is always there to help out. Monthly 121's are in place to go over things which I have struggled on and can improve on

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

During study blocks, I receive support constantly. Even after, I have monthly performance reviews, and 121 coaching sessions to recap things I have struggled with

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification will be beneficial to perform better, as I will learn new skills which I had previously not known, and will help me develop my knowledge

There are very many opportunities to get involved in for me. For example there are networking events, sports and seasonal team building activities
