Working on the sustainability team, administering the day to day running of the businesses foundation. Working with charity partners, colleagues and the wider ecosystem to engage with our charitable arm, enhancing social impact.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been really interesting learning from other apprentices and their best practices. Sometimes, elements of the learning were quite repetitive, however I find they are coming in useful when undertaking my assessment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, this role has been a great introduction into the corporate space, especially within the sustainability and corporate responsibility sector.

Very, the structure is laid out in clear steps, with reasonings behind why each subject is important.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, my employer, and my manager especially, are very accommodating and understanding of having to juggle the responsibilities of my apprenticeship in addition to my day to day responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, my skills coach has been fantastic at supporting me in the training, always being available for any questions especially now that I am in my end point assessment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has really helped in learning about other organisations practices, especially in a sector which is quite new compared to others.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - I sit on one my my organisations DEI network committees, in addition there are many networking opportunities.
