Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Create tailor made itineraries for our clients to destinations around Africa. Provide an end to end experience hitting and exceeding targets, providing excellent service and supporting more junior members of the team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much enjoyed it - has allowed me to approach my work from a different perspective. I'm also more aware about my colleagues and able to support the more junior members of the staff.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship allowed me to develop skills in people management, time management and general self awareness.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured and supported - my day to day targets were reduced by 20% to allow for time on the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As above, lots of support. My manager was also very engaged and prepared what she needed to for the various meetings.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Initially the experience was ok but when I moved to my next coach, it was brilliant. Rich was super supportive and engaged - he responded when I had any questions and helped out!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes in part.. it helps when I'm working with my colleagues and also understanding my clients. I'd like to use more of what I learned however the opportunities seem quite limited.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I already do a fair amount outside of my work and am on the Africa social committee.
