Really enjoyed the programme, great support from both my employer and training provider to secure a good pass result.

5/5
Lots of new skills developed including IT skills, confidence-based skills and presentation skills learned through the apprenticeship programme.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Fairly well organised, found the use of two systems by Damar a little long winded at first but it was something that I got used to.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot of support received from my employer, opportunities created to meet the KSBs for the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lots of support both online and face to face via Teams. Practical sessions and learning were really useful. Online learning materials were well thought through and laid out in an easy to follow way.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Very well, it has given me enhanced understanding of an area of work that I was unfamiliar with. I feel more confident having undertaken the programme and more equipped to perform in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I have been involved in number of business development networking events through work.
