Shadowing meetings, completing training tasks, working with members of the team to develop skills and given independent tasks to grow as an individual.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme, although some elements are more technical than I expected, it has been good to learn and I think I am improving as the time goes on.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt how to use SQL, Excel and developed on my IT skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It could have been more organised in regards to the induction process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a significant amount of support and can always ask for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are open to allow us to email and ask for help, but I think my employer is easier to receive support from than the training provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the skills on the course align with tasks I do on my placement.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are networking events, but not others as far as I am aware. It is hard to get involved with extra curriculars as there are limited places but a big demand for apprentices who want to do them, so it can limit opportunity.
