as i am the first year been there ups and downs but overall really good, always had the support when i needed it and had someone to reach out too.

loads of support with everything i do, when i cant complete a task i can always reach out to my line manger for help

there is a full team that help me when it comes to completing my qualifications, and any guidance i need i can go to them to get help

they give me loads of motivation, dont put to much pressure on so its stress free and i can focus on completing the training and qualifications.
