I work front of house this can be behind the bar, food run and table hosting

I really enjoyed the course in parts it was hard but it was worth every minute of it.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was really well strutted and I can’t fault who was eventually my tutor and support throughout the course. I did have a few different tutors before hand but they left.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The pub was very supportive with me doing the course and was accommodating to everything I needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As I said already the support I had off the training provider was brilliant. They pushed me and supported me when I really needed it. Making sure that I did complete the course . They was with me all the way .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
