Head of client acquisitions is accountable for acquiring new clients through various marketing channels included paid media, SEO, and other earned channels. The role controls a large marketing budget and have KPIs dedicated to efficiency and volume of clients acquired.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has been very beneficial to me and I have enjoyed learning about the various ways to improve my leadership ability.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my role I have learnt many different new skills, whilst also improving my existing skill set. These skills involved expanding my marketing skills, strategic planning skills, and leadership ability.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured with clear objectives and ways of achieving the goals set by the programme. The check-ins at the end of each module as well as the various coaching sessions throughout meant that I was aware of how I was doing as the course progressed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received good support from my employer, with the time needed to be able to fully dedicate to the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There were multiple drop in sessions and training sessions throughout the programme to assist with general workings of the platform and how to navigate the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have already seen the improvements in my ways of working that I have learnt from the programme.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many activities to get involved with from socials within teams, both in work and after work, as well as company wide socials. There is also sports teams organised for football, frisbee, and cricket to join if wishing.
