My Role involves Monthly reporting on Airline Performance, alongside ad-hoc requests to track airline performance metrics and internal analysis.
Alongside this, I work on numerous long-term projects to build out more efficient processes and databases.
Everyday is slightly different as each airline wants something different and each commercial manager has a different way of working .

Yes, I was given so much responsibility. I would have the chance to lead projects, present new ideas and solve real business problems.

I have developed my presentation skills, communication skills, critical thinking and analytical ability. Alongside this, I have had the opportunity to learn SQL and build out a new database as a stretch project.

I received a lot of support and guidance, however, a lot of it is dependent on how much support you would like. Some managers take a more hands-on approach, others take a hands-off approach, it is about being open and honest and adapting to the situation.

The Company Culture is extremely friendly and everyone is working towards the same goals. The atmosphere is amazing, and when the office is busy, there is a real buzz.
