My role involves:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme and found it very beneficial to my development. However, I did find it very difficult to juggle responsibilities during particularly periods.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I got much better at time and task management during my apprenticeship as a result of the tools I used. I also found the resources very useful to help me prepare for difficult or sensitive meetings with direct reports.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I was given great advice by my tutor when I was at my busiest to read all upcoming module briefs and record as much evidence as possible for the course. This really helped me to maintain structure and relevance to my day to day tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

While I was stretched at many stages of the course, I was supported very well by my employer, and my line manager in particular.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor was very helpful and thorough when answering my questions and setting expectations of what was to come later on the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have gained confidence through completing the apprenticeship and feel that I contribute more to wider team objectives. I also feel more assured with managing direct reports.
