As a Commercial and Procurement Apprentice I work with the wider procurement function, supporting on contract management and purchasing
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme so far. The support and training I have received from my team has made a big impact on my experience

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the moment I have a well structured programme. My team have made me a development plan with goals to meet and skills to learn and improve on, with ideas of how we can achieve these
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I currently receive a lot of support from my employer. I have weekly 1-2-1s with my team lead and a monthly meeting with my manager for a progress review. I know that if I have any questions or need additional support I can easily ask them for it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a good amount of support from my training provider. We had online classes, revision sessions, additional learning materials and could get in touch if we had any questions
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is a massive help for my role as it has given me a deeper understanding of the work that I do and the impact that my role has
