General shifts, operations like kitchen roles and front roles, with potential area leadership opportunities. Weekly shift designated to apprenticeship work. Training to run shifts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Completely different experience to what i was anticipating, but not necessarily a bad thing.

Yes, was all new to me from when I started September 2024.

Pretty well structed, have established apprenticeship days, designated to completed assigned tasks through aptem as well as my mcdonalds progression up the management ladder.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

yes my employers are supportive and give clarity when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

yes aptem provide a pretty good service.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It broadens my scope to the world of hospitality and business as on the job training can only get you so far.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not really, was a regional 6 a side football tournament one off occasion but other than that, not really.

Fairly simple job once you know the foundations of how to be a good employee.

Do it if you have a graft side to you, it can be high demand and draining.
