Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt a lot at college, and also passed my maths. But in the job role I have learnt a decent understanding on working on the cable, where and what it feeds and how to test it and how to fix the problem.

Not very, I feel like the different parts of the company don't communicate

I get given bit's to do every now and then but day to day I work with the same bloke and get the work done. I try to learn as much as possible.

I have got a lot of help recently with my revision and I have learnt a lot.

There was talks of a 5 aside football tournament in the depot but that got scrapped.

Because there is multiple job roles and careers within the company

keep your head down and take everything in, otherwise you will fall behind
