I head up Metering Services for Business Energy and operation that consists of 100 plus FTE. Day to day I review performance objectives with my direct reports, assess how our third party contractors are performing and work with multiple stakeholders to understand and address any gaps in the services being provided.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was extremely tough but so beneficial. Juggling work and home life was a challenge but I really feel I learned a lot from the whole experience

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, each module presented different tolls and frameworks I can use in my day to day interactions e.g. project management tools, decision trees

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme changed significantly post Covid and the organiser tried to adopt a hybrid approach to learning which wasn't effective 100% of the time.
