Contacting Suppliers, organising documents, creating PowerPoint and excel files, organising meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the interactions with people, the environment, and learning about the products we make. I also enjoy a lot of the tasks given such as organising large meetings, investigating a product or supplier and finding out specific information, however I find there are many tasks which become quite repetitive, as I find myself doing them very often.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, i have improved communication skills through talking to a wide range of people and I have also improved my technology skills through using computers and different apps.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and structured, I always know what is going on and feel well informed, however, some of the mandatory meetings have quite short notice meaning they can't always be met.

Not very much, as the content we learn isn't always applicable to our role and we don't spend enough time on each section to be able to fully learn and apply it in depth. However, some of the easier content is familiar in my role and can be applied.

Because it is a good company which make very important products and we do very interesting work with a lot of opportunities that most companies can't offer.
