I have been working for Audley Travel since 2023 as a Sales Manager. I feel fortunate to have been offered a 2 year leadership apprenticeship in 2024 and really value the opportunity. It has been a brilliant motivator and my newfound skills have been invaluable. Audley are exceptional at helping their employees to develop and grow.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been life changing. I am so grateful for everything that I am learning. I am able to practice the skills every day in my role and they are equipping me brilliantly for a leadership role in the future.

The programme is well structured. easy to follow and effective in terms of being able to stay on track. I am given the right guidance and opportunity to balance working with studying.

Audley have been fantastic at accommodating my need for study time as well as creating opportunities for me to put my new skills into practice.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a fantastic coach with Future Talent Learning and full support when I need it. Learners can be as autonomous as we want to be.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My course has been invaluable to me in my present role. I have seen a marked change in my management style and the results of everything I have learned are there to see.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Audley Travel have so many extra-curricular activities to get involved in. There are regular socials, lots of sports teams, amazing company events and plenty of opportunities to bring our passions to work (ESG, social committee, ECF to name a few).
