Working offshore on the Greater Gabbard Wind Farm, maintaining the electrical and mechanical sides of the turbine.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy a lot of my job and programme because it gives me more knowledge to improve and learn more to gain more experience

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt all of the basic understanding of a wind turbine and have developed my electrical and mechanical understanding.

My programme is very well organised and takes me through a structured route to allow me to keep improving
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer when it comes to the work we do on a daily basis but we don't really get much opportunity to catch up on college work as offshore most days
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gives a lot of support when working towards my qualification such as giving in depth structural instructions and pointers so that my work and assignmenst meet a good standard.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The better and more I learn from my training provider, the more confident I am when it comes to working in my job role at work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
