Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage crew members working with customers to provide food and drink. I also handle cash, have first aid training and have HR responsibilities
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I learned alot during my apprenticeship, everyone was lovely and helpful

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I had 4 teachers during my apprenticeship due to some leaving their jobs and some could only teach over video calls. my last teacher was excellent and could meet in person, which was really helpful for me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received alot of support over my course as a few of my managers were also undergoing the apprenticeship at higher levels. If I ever had a a question, they would always help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieved alot of support, my last teacher was available to talk to constantly and was very helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I got promoted after recieving my qualification, the apprenticeship definitely helped me with my knowledge and experience
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do alot of work for our charity at work with our charity, which includes football, marathons and fun days
