Why?
Lots of support both from employer and training provider. Lots of focus on helping you develop through practical jobs and tasks at work, which better help you at improving in your role. Lovely people within the firm. The firm also appreciate feedback, and are eager to listen to what people think could be improved on.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to DJH?
How you come across is just as important as grades etc achieved before applying. The firm is very much about it's employees and takes pride in this.
